Roblox | Stepford County Railway V1.9 | A Day of Dispatching

Hello everybody and welcome back to Stepford County Railway!
Well i've been threatening it for several episodes now, but at last today is the day where we do some dispatching. Personally I think dispatching is great fun, however for recording it can be a little bit difficult because of the inconsistency of the traffic.
We're going to start today's video down at Stepford Central. It's a fantastic station which is really good for dispatching as you get a variety of express and stopping traffic. We can also have a nosey around the station which you don't get to see as a driver.
We'll then be moving down to Stepford East, another great station, however it only tends to be stopping services we dispatch here.

Good job on getting the dispatcher role! There has been a new update, 1.9 and express has been extended to newry and newry harbour, disruption events such as vehicles crashing into bridges, fires, flooding... I suggest you join the discord server to keep up on the updates because sometimes they add really cool stuff! And everytime they update the game the post a list of what they added in the game. You should also go into passenger mode and look at the stations because some of them have absolutley amazing detail!

Big tip to prevent from getting demoted: Don't walk during any of the dispatcher animations like in 24:28.

Hello! Hope everyone is doing alright. Joe, you should check out the new express route from newry to lynn by the sea. Also if you dispatch someone on a red you are at risk of getting demoted and getting your dispatcher role removed.

ah yes, dispatching. Also the reason no one has been at Stepford Central recently is because the Newry Line (Benton- Newry Harbour) has been upgraded and as well as Waterline, Express now travels on it

Sensational video! I’m a guard in SCR and I must say it is not easy to be a dispatcher. Congrats and great video! 👍 also the reason for less traffic is because there was recently an update and their was a line extension! So everyone is exploring that 🤪😐😒

Hi Joe! There is the new Update 1.9. It includes Upgrade of the whole Newry line (Benton to Newry Harbour), new whistle sounds and Disruption Events when driving. Also, Express now was extended to Newry/Newry Harbour. Check that out!

There is a faster way of getting from the entrance of stepford central. When you spawn,walk to plat.11 and go past the lounge,on your right is the area for the escalators

Hey joe! Just a little tip, you can be demoted by not doing dispatching properly. In training it is made clear that you gotta stand under the OFF lights.

Not like that IRL. They usually stand at the rear of the train without gaurd and at the front of the train with gaurd

@@theplaneguyrblx Well watching a few dispatch training KZbin videos it would seem that you just need to stand somewhere at the rear of the train, as long as you can see the lighted OFF lights then you're good. I've never seen any dispatcher stand right underneath the OFF lights. The Dispatcher part of the manual in-game explains this.

Platform 1 at Stepford East is for the Connect trains coming in from Stepford Central (who have terminated), then platform 2 is for Connect services from Stepford Victoria or Willowfield.
