Is secret runes gud for secret pet ??or just luck runes

I hope im not wrong, but luck increases all hatch chances, but secret luck increases only secrets. They are harder to upgrade so i used normal luck for a while but since i managed to have a good secret luck rune, i only use that one ( pets and swords). I keep luck rune for dungeon to get xp relics
