The reason why he is bad is because of the 40 second cooldown though. Otherwise he wouldn't be that bad. But from a damage/utility wise it makes him bad. There is just way better heroes. If you are able to obtain his double cannons that will improve him drastically but even with that the cooldown still remains and is the reason for his ranking/not good in general.

World grinding that would depend on your Survival but i like Upgrade Drill titan because of the low cooldown in general. If you are talking about hero Grind methods with friends it would be Drillman, Upgrade drillman and Tvman in World 4.

what titan is good for rushing or moving around

Rushing wise it would be sonar because he hits the entire map. But if u do not have him them the next best choice would be Cloak Titan Warrior mainly for the time freeze and enemy setup. If u gather the enemies correctly he can hit them all. Plus the time freeze allow you to get in a few good smacks before they can hit you again which makes your life easier. sorry for the delayed response hope this helps!
