He's been there long enough to be starving, and has over medicated so hard he can't feel it anymore. This game is kinda goofy for horror, but christ. Can you even imagine chugging down old medicine in place of food? Starving to death, but being completely numb? Top tier background lore. Absolutely gut wrenching.

Okay so the mystery key you got went to the room upstairs. Where it just explained some lore and gave you health. The back room didn’t have anything in it before you entered the basement it was the guy with the red baseball cap explaining how he was in the basement and something was in there with him. Which would’ve led you into the next chapter whenever they release it.

Bit of info, its shift f1 through f11 or something similar To get rid of that. I used to play "blox RP" which used those as menus. Each pulls up a seperate menu if you hold shift and press f1 or f2 through 12.

Can I recommend a horror game too? The Butchery is a suspenseful and thrilling game. It can hold up to 4 people (I think) You’re driving out in the middle of nowhere when you notice something strange. Someone knock you unconscious and you wake up on a barn. You have to figure out how to escape the horrific creatures in the farm. It’s a really good game but its ending isn’t finished yet.

oooh I know what happened with tai's screen You can open certain ingame dev/debug menus by holding ctrl or shift and then pressing F1, F2, F3, F4, and F5 (with SHIFT) and F6, F7 (with CTRL) these might be useful if you want to figure out why a game is lagging additionally, pressing F9 (dont need to hold SHIFT or CTRL for this one) can open a developer console, which directly shows any errors or warnings the game has. F10 allows you to increase/decrease the game quality without having to open the ingame menu (SHIFT to decrease quality, CTRL to increase) F11 puts you in fullscreen F12 opens the ingame recording function. basically obselete if you have any recording software, be it shareX or OBS
