BIG NEWS! On August 1, 2023, Cedar Point announced Top Thrill 2, the Tallest and Fastest Triple Launch Strata coaster. First launch (Forward) 74 MPH. Second launch (Backwards) 101 MPH, Third launch: (Forward again) 120 MPH and over the top hat. Coming some time around Spring 2024.

It does send the request to launch on the last yellow but it takes a few seconds for the ride system to process the request because of the extensive safely check it automatically makes before launching.

Yup. However their wording is sketchy. Some suspect changes that are not very major. Like LSM launches, or even a queue reroute. Another rides closure at a different cedar park had very similar wording to this, however it re-opened a year later with barely any changes.
