Doremy is replaceable with Reisen. You can't really replace Komachi, her ability is vital for slowing down the boss for when she goes into rage mode.

Kisume should be replaceable with Mokou. You wouldn't need to spend as much money on second phase Shinki due to Mokou ability stalling power. I don't think you can replace Iku because you need a water unit that can attack sky.

Reisen could work, might not have enough water elemental dps tho. Mokou works too.
