I prefer the thundercabs too. I rarely see them lead now. The reason behind it is because when crews are inside a Thundercab locomotive, it vibrates violently while they’re on the move.. plus those units are showing their age too. They’re close to be 20 years old, built between 2005-2007, and the lights on the nose were built between 2008-2013.
