There aren't many games that I remember but I would usually play any kind of game with an Open World mechanic and "infiltrate", like border games or rolepays or core games where you could "unalive" people. My PC couldn't handle the newer games so being out of the action made the experience playable.

The fact that 1 on 1 pve combat is literallyimpossible is great. You need to use stealth or jump a guy with multiple people to win a fight so once they hear the fighting you basicly lost the encounter. It is great game design that pushes you to the intended playstyle.

for anyone struggling to complete this game, HERE ARE SOME TIPS THAT I HAVE FIGURED OUT THROUGHOUT COMPLETING THIS GAME: open TAB to see the controls. this will be SO SO SO useful remember to AVOID COMBAT AT ALL COSTS. there is ZERO exception to this rule, as the mechanics for combat in this game are very clunky. this is not COMBAT WARRIORS. only do combat when it is a 1 on 1 or a 2 on 1 and you have nowhere to hide. even then, you must remember that the sound of combat will alert other enemies and they will come to you. the main mechanic of this game is stealth and visibility. to avoid being visible to any enemies, you must find a dark spot or dark corner and press F to hide in it. the player model on the bottom right will tell you if you are visible or not. if it is shaded, you are not visible and vice versa. THIS IS IMPORTANT. VISIBILITY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THIS GAME!! **I KID YOU NOT, NO MATTER IF YOU WERE SEEN BY THE ENEMY 2 SECONDS AGO, IF YOU HIDE IN A DARK SPOT, THEY WILL APPROACH YOU AND LOOK AROUND AS IF YOU WERE INVISIBLE. YOU ARE LITERALLY DRAX. YOU ARE INVISIBLE IN DARK PLACES.** AN EXAMPLE OF THIS IS IN 15:45, GUY WITH THE IRON HELMET IS LOOKING FOR TAI AND ARE UNABLE TO FIND HIM BECAUSE HE IS IN A DARK SPOT. THEY ARE, HOWEVER, ABLE TO FIND ROGURT, BECAUSE HE IS HIDING IN A LIT SPOT. **EVEN NUMBERS DON'T MATTER. REMEMBER TO WALK TO THEM AND NOT TO RUN. IF YOU ARE WALKING ON WOODEN PLANKS, CROUCH. ONLY SPRINT TO KILL THEMWHEN YOU ARE AROUND 5-10 STUDS AWAY FROM THEM.** what i do is i walk until i am close enough, then i sprint and kill them instantly. i sprint to make sure they don't turn around immediately because they sometimes do that. on the off chance that you are spotted by an enemy, you must quickly find a dark spot that is out of their line of sight and HIDE. they will immediately lose track of you. if you are ever struggling with getting the drop on someone, use glass bottles. they are spread all over the map. glass bottles will not damage enemies when you throw at them, however, if you throw them at a wall, any enemy who isn't already engaging a player/has a player in their line of sight will run to it like a fool. bricks are not the same and will only damage enemies if you throw at them. they don't distract them. i will include a tierlist of weapons i have previously seen before as they are all different. some do higher damage, some have lower cooldowns. 1. katana (located in the funeral home. insanely fast cooldown and decent damage. you will be able to spam an enemy unless there are multiple.) 2. machete (fast cooldown and decent damage) 3. bat (decent cooldown and high damage) 4. axe (high cooldown, highest damage) 5. crowbar (high cooldown, decent damage) 6. chainsaw (trash, highest cooldown, makes noise that attracts enemies to you) if you have any questions, reply to me and ill try to answer to the best of my ability asap if i ever have the time and motivation to do so, i may one day make a gameplay video where i explain my thought process in beating the game

i love the game, its just that once u learn u can just run from fights and unagro enemys with little to no consequence, the game just becomes a bit too easy. since all you need to do for the most part is run from fights and hide. also i wish the shadows system was a bit more in depth, since the enemys are pretty much blind in this game. it could literally be noon, and all u have to do to hide from the enemys would be to just run under a tree or smth. i just wish the shadows system was a bit more hard to use.

Me and my friend had a reverse of yours. We started off trying to stealth but we can’t and always ended up Aggro-ing an entire horde of 4-5 people at once so we devised a strategy of having one dude being the runner and one dude stabbing the slowest aggroed in the back.

Fun fact: in order to not die fast: you need axe and a knife with brick you can use brick to distract enemy you can one-shot the enemy by backstabbing them I suggest having knife, axe and brick
