hello! i would just like to say that on the gamepass/availability section, wings of fire comes to a grand total of 0 robux because it's now in beta! the game is now free to play, and the gamepasses have been removed :]

Aside from all of the points in the video, i'd like to say: one of these, Dragon's Life, is just for general dragon roleplay and WoF is, well, focused entirely on the WoF book series so you cant really compare the two together, since the only thing they both have in common is dragons and roleplay, and maybe rainbow mary/gary sues.

My opinion on the games: I prefer Wings of Fire WAY more. I used to play Dragons Life, and well, I only had one oc that was a bit op (I was a bit young, ok? It was only one!). Then I found Wings of Fire, and the animations are WAY smoother. The community is also way less op, I rarely see op players, and I haven’t seen rainbow Rainwings and Silkwings for a while! I always found the Dragons Life map cool, but especially with the new map update, Wings of Fire is much more detailed. Character customization is super easy as well! I always had trouble on Dragons life. Half of the problem is that I play on mobile, and Dragons Life is SUPER WEIRD on mobile. The colours go everywhere. Wings of Fire is a much better game in my opinion.

I personally disagree with the thing about customization because first off wings of fire does have different elements and ages will be added eventually, also the different dragon models is something dragon life lacks in customization. You are correct about the dragon models. When I was making this video, I was more focusing on the state of the games at the moment. Dragons life is getting a remake, and Wings of Fire is still in heavy development. You are free to disagree, you are entitled to your opinion. I still stand by my point about the elements, because while Wings of Fire has some different options, Dragons life has a lot more. Psychic, Hypno, even Shadow. I appreciate the criticism, and thank you for sharing your opinion. ❤️

I played dragons life a lot when I found out about wings of fire (early access), but I didn’t have the robux to get in! So I roleplayed with other wof fans who had the same problem. Also, i hated the Dragons life map. It’s pretty and all, but it hurt my eyes when I played. It was too sparatic and chaotic for me. Also, it felt like it didn’t take a lot time to make because they did some of the ledges very poorly. I hated the animations, the I couldn’t find a roleplay half the time, and it was just an impleasnt experience overall. Thank you for doing this video, it made me happy. 🙂

In my opinion, Wings of Fire is better for several reasons: The Community: _The community in WoF is much more professional than the one on Dragons’ Life. One of the main reasons of this is because the game costs robux. I’m not saying that there aren’t bad RPers in WoF, because I’ve had my fair share of them. I’m just saying there is much less bad RPers then on DL_ . The Models/Animations: _WoF has amazing models, each with their own animations. A lot of effort was put into the models (I do like the models on DL, though, they look cool.) The animations are much smoother in WoF. Also, in WoF there are small additions like breathing and tongue-flicking animations, which make the game much more realistic and cool. Lastly, the flying mechanism in WoF is just amazing. I could sit there for hours and just fly around_ . Game passes: _Tbh, the game passes in DL are a bit overpriced. In WoF, I think the game passes are a bit under priced. Only 100 robux for three extra models with their own animations and maps_ ? Overall, I this WoF is the better game. Though, I really liked your video. You edited it very well, it was very neat. You made fair and valid points about both games.

Really the only thing wrong with Dragons’ Life is the community, which no one can really control. WoF can get a little boring when playing if you can’t find an RP, which happens to me a lot. In Dragons’ Life it’s fun to watch the crazy family RPs, and there’s an abundance of those.

I gotta say, I prefer Wings of Fire a LOT more. Though, am I biased because I read the whole book series? Well, maybe a little. But it all honesty, the overall animations, movements, and even character design is a lot more diverse and smooth. Also, the fandom (or average players,) is a lot more nicer. One time I said something at Dragons Life while I was roleplaying, I said “*lays down*” and someone said: “Are you a narrator or something??” Like, uh, WHAT XD??? And, even if the Wings of Fire game isn’t finished yet, I still think it’s better than Dragons Life. This is just my opinion, you can have your opinion and I can have mine, no need to start a comment section war over this lol. And, also, there are a lot more diverse roleplaying activities going on in Wings of Fire. Like, there’s School Roleplay, Kingdom Roleplay, Ship Roleplay, etc. But in Dragons Life, it seems pretty limited to just Family Roleplays. But, just because I prefer Wings of Fire doesn’t mean Dragons Life isn’t a good game! I mean, I’ve seen WAY WAY worse games, to be honest. And Dragons Life has its own redeeming qualities, too, like it’s a free game that doesn’t cost robux, which means everyone can play it! Wow, I’m gonna go have a nap. I feel like I just finished an essay XD.

I don't think dragons' life got enough credit on the players aspect. Just because the players in wings of fire have more detailed bois doesn't make the game that much better (don't get me wrong, I still love the game). I find dragons' life a lot easier to roleplay in because of the large servers, ability to make packs, and things like the "adoption place". Wof is great and all but the relatively small servers and all the single player quests just make roleplay a lot more difficult.

Actually I want to talk about MY opinion here in the comments , thought ppl want to hear this, I have nothing against this, it's pretty difficult to deny the facts in this video, so here we go. Models: WoF: it looks pretty good! Especially when the different tribes are unique to one another, there's almost no flaws to the models at all! They are very accurate! In the books when you read the page where the tribes are shown they are VERY detailed, and, well.. High detail + Roblox = intense lag, so they did well on limiting the details Dragon's life: I can't believe im saying this, but when I look at the face from the front I always think about a old man staring at me, but the model is amazing! Tho it has much more CLEARER flaws, I still like it. I already got used to it Animations: WoF: it's good that they give each individual dragon a special ability, and a lot of unique animations, nothing else to say. Dragon's life: I like how there are emotions, but some of are broken. Nothing much to say now Community: WoF: I ADMIRE the WoF community! I think it's the reason I grew to be a average role player, i don't concider myself PERFECT just yet, and I like how the community is quite active despite the low numbers of ppl playing Dragon's life: where do I even fucking begin... oh. My opinion is a bit complicated because it adds another level to the whole rating aspect. Remember, WOF is based on an entire book series. That's one of the reasons it has so many models and specified parts of the map. Dragon's life's models at least represent a western dragon, and it still has a ton of cool things you can change up as well like the horn and tail shape and texture of the dragon. If Dragon's life was based on "How to train your dragons" for example, I'd have way more models for dragons and humans just like WOF and mapped out specified areas. I'm not saying that dragon's life is better as a game, my opinion is mostly neutral. WOF also has some older, more 'mature' players-if that makes sense- because of the series' fan base. If it were just a dragon game, sure it could still have some more serious rpers and lots of people, but you would get your fair share of "Toothless/king of all dragons/immortal" guys in there. (And some of those guys are sure to show up when the game is out of development.) I don't have an entire system to rate the two games yet, but I'm sure one could be made with this extra little thing. Comment your opinion if you want.

I prefer Wings of Fire over Dragon's Life but both games are still very good! I love the smooth texture and detail on Wings of Fire. And about the space you have on it is right. It is MUCH easier to do roleplay on. Dragon's life usually has children, NOT saying that it is a problem but, it is much harder to roleplay on. I personally vote Wings of Fire over Dragon's Life. Like if u agree.

I am aware that Wings of Fire may get as babyish as Dragons Life if the developers make the game free, since this will allow anyone to get on. There’s also a lot of childish Wings of Fire fans on Dragons Life who read only arc 1 at the most. Hopefully Wings of Fire will stay Early Access for a while, because the community will likely become more babyish as Dragons Life once it’s free release. On the bright side, those kids may enjoy the game and the developers will get more publicity and popularity.

Well if you don't have robux and want to roleplay normaly play legends of kasai . yes it has much less animations but it has a great but small community also it has Eurasian dragons (of course ) , wyverns ( but the model is bad ) , and asian dragons ( which are good as the eu dragons which is as good as dragons life )

While flying in dragons life you can't use your element or other emotes like roar. 2.In Wings of fire u can choose different dragon types, in dragons life you can just change the tail and horns. 3.Dragons life is free and Wings of fire cost 60 Robux (but will be free soon). wings of fire takes me, although my friend cant play bc he has no robux....i mean he did, but he spent it all. also there is a glitch in dragons life....its were you lay down/sit and your head dosent move with the camera! when it does this, you cant change it back. its a bad glitch and annoying!yes yes, dragons life is free and all. but it just has to many flaws!! and the role plays and bios, just, i dont respect power players that much.yEs I KnOw ThErE cHiLdReN!!!!!! but still, wings of fire is a better game for me. i think its just because dragons life is more childish. like that one bio "Satan's daughter/Demon" like BRUH . people saw wings of fire is "childish" and "made for kids" or "why are you guys playing a rp game? this is disgusting". i dont appreciate this because the haters would know if its "childish" or not. obviously the books can be a little vilont . that mean if the haters read the books, they will know if the game is "childish"! also the kids on dragons life, like what the heck?! once i was role playing with my friend and the child came up to me and said "*bites neck and kils*" yes they spelled kills as kils! they dident correct that either. we just voided the child and the next thing the child said to us is : "* bites leg and breaks leg and cuts off tail and stabs heart with tail*" i died of laughter then. also,moment of silence for my fingers. may they rest in peace

I like wof fire roblox mostly cause in dragons life there's only one type of dragon everything else is fine besides run animation. Btw there is supposed to be a dragons life ultimate but idk when.

I honestly think WoF is better with many reasons,but first we can start with there are less werid people:I see people doing just doing animations but using them for bad and inappropriate things and WoF has more nice people and experienced people for role play Bc I go to wings of fire and find 5 year olds trying to be queen/king./Now we have WoF has better Quality:The animations are more smooth and dragons life has really fast moving animations and when siting up and down on a dragon looks to fast and makes it look wrong./Now the sounds:The sounds in WoF are more realistic and a bit quiet which to me is quite nice,the ones in dragons life are kinda loud and unrealistic and they don’t really have a button to turn of the sound of drinking-Eating and it’s really annoying.(one time I was sitting next to my mom while joining with my volume all the way up and then there was this loud drinking water sound that may have made me show my mom every server I join,yea it’s annoying but it’s just my mom)and whenever I would somone to stop oh this is another reason so next topic,The people there are more friendly:like I said the people in WoF are usually experienced knowing they have to be nice Bc well it doesn’t hurt to be nice and the ppl in dragons life are rude and full of Emos and I would say hi as an egg and they would always call me rude things like fetus or food or cooked eggs when I sit on the fire as an egg,it’s just they aren’t nice and kinda a bad influence on new dragon life players-That’s all my reason and from this WoF is prob my favorite and saying this is not me being rude even tho I said a lot of not pleasant things,dragons life is a good game but they are kinda thinking of updating it I think so hopefully when they update it,these errors will well not be errors any more.forgot to say the gampasses are overpriced.

I recently decided to visit dragons life a game that gave birth to my love of oc creating and dragons. I was met by well. Sadness i play WOF mostly now and i see why i made the switch. Writing bios is annoying and you almost never gonna find a good role player. I wanted to customize my oc but it wasn't nice to use.Its sad to see that a game i love is really juts become a joke. I hate the snappy animations and the annoying " Alpha/Demon/God of all dragon/don't touch my tail UWU " dragons. I really want to rebuild this community but i think its slipped to far down. royal wings signing off

Honestly, Wings of Fire takes this win. It's just the community is AMAZING. The roblox community is pretty nice, but the Discord community is just great. The Discord community is very kind and helpful. Dragons life is pretty good, but the community is terrible. There's a 99.9% chance that your gonna get interrupted, harassed, or reported for no reason at all on that game. I mean it's a good game but the community ruined it tbh
