this might be one of the most accurate jobs I've seen on this kit, you added more wires/cables all over the place. I love it! I hope I can do a decent job at painting and modifying my kit when I get it.

@@coryharris6029 That is Tamiya's "Detail-Up Parts Series (BRAIDED HOSE)" product. Item number is 12662,12663. There are two kinds.

Nice job detailing ED209, probably one, if not the best ED model on KZbin. I´d like to know what colour/paint did you use as basepaint, or if you started filters and washes directly over the unpainted plastic. Thanks in advance and cheers from Madrid, Spain!

Thank you, my friend. The base color is the color I made and it is acrylic color. I think you can think of this color as a blue with a little gray. I use acrylic, lacquer, enamel paint without distinction. The important thing is that the sponge stencil technique gives the same effect as now.

I have seen other people doing this modificatiobs to the moderoid. I have a one of those new and still in the package but after seeing experts like you improving the original model I feel bad trying to build the moderoid as it came in the box... I would like to try this but I am scared of ruining it. Should I try it? I don't know if I can get another one like this is I make a mistake

@@jemk1424 thanks for the support I was thinking on using this video as a guide but for inspiration I will rather use the movie as a reference and work as much as I can with my current skills, if I try to follow these steps exactly I may end up doing something bad since I have no previous practice, I will ry to improve my moderoid as much as possible, I just took it out of the box and now that I look how simple it looks by default I think whatever I do at the end will be better than the original product and with that I lose the fear, it would be entertaining.
