I expected this to be a 3/10. End of game review would be a 7.5/10. Not perfect but a lot of fun! Not fully sure it's worth the 50 quid.. wait until it's 30 before you buy it then it will be worth the money!

This game is an example of maximum effort with limited resources (studio has a small team or about a dozen people), and utilizing an IP with maximum respect, creativity, and overall love. High 7/Low 8 for me. I hope for a New Game + mode and/or DLC later on.

Late response but agree 100%. I was surprised on how quickly the credits went by because like half a dozen people worked on this game, yet it somehow turned out amazing. Competente + passion for the franchise = success!

The $50 price tag is perfect. It has so much content for a game that was made by a small studio. A deep progression system and some great voice acting (sometimes) you can tell that this was made by a studio that was really passionate with very detailed sections from every level

yeah I had no issue paying what I paid, I dont think everyone would want to pay that tho.. but you can tell the studio truly cared.. I enjoyed every second with this game, and recommend it to everyone

I definitely agree with you. I took a gamble and pre-ordered this game, it wasn't a mistake like I was kinda expecting. Honestly, paying 50 quid didn't bother me because the studio deserves to keep making games. I even bought the Terminator game they did (on sale now). I thought I was just being nostalgic. I actually remember the film being at the cinema, so thought it was just other Gen X gamers that would appreciate it. Not sure if you take suggestions but I played an absolute belter not long ago. There's a game called "Disco Elysium" that I got the platinum for. All you really have to do is stick to different character types and the game takes a different path every time (it's like a real role-playing game for a change). I guess the challenge comes from playing as a nobhead some of the time. I don't think I've ever laughed as much playing a game and turns out it won shed load of awards too. I'm not even suggesting it for a video, more like a must play before you die it's that good.

I really enjoyed this game, I like how it's entirely possible to 100% it on one playthrough. I did it on Xbox and almost got all achievements on my first playthrough. Didn't quite do it because of a missable achievement that's on a time limit in one section

cutscenes look pretty rough, mostly the lip movement, but everything else actually looks super fun. if it was a $39 game like ghostrunner 2 i would definitely buy it right now. this game will be worth picking up on sale like you mentioned. awesome video and thank you :)

I honestly could not wait for the game to finish. Some of the levels are nice, and some like the final ones are just so generic and the number of enemies at once just make it not enjoyable. The Robocop character model was detailed and that was the only one, with all others looking so generic. I almost stopped playing until I realized I was on the last boss, and boy was that a bore.

A lot of the trophy titles are references to things in the movie. "Zip This Up", "This guy is really good", "Supercop", "I'd buy that for a doller", etc. But since you've only seen the movie once I guess they didn't connect with you.

It's not short if you do all the side content and some like the two murder investigations are completely missable if you don't explore the downtown map. The first case in particular when you go to the downtown area for the first time is way up in the left corner of the map.

Not that you ultimately needed it but I ended up leaving the shooting range until later in the game when your gun is upgraded and you can slow time. Ended up with over 500 points which absolutely nobody in the precinct acknowledged. Also, when you hang Brigg’s photo later in the game why do nearly all of the other photos look identical and where is Murphy’s mugshot? Overall though, I agree the game is way better than the shite I was expecting after absolutely hating Terminator Resistance. It was far from perfect though with bad character animations (though the cutscenes looked better) a handful of bugs, glitches and framerate drops (usually during intense battles) some lacklustre bosses and a wholly unclimactic final boss fight that felt unnecessarily tacked on … … but yes, it was fun whilst it lasted and where I imagined a 2/10 I reckon it’s easily worth a 6 and makes for an enjoyable Platinum overall.

Watching any videos on this game nothing they have it on sale in the store. I picked it up for 30 bucks. If I would’ve known it was gonna be as good as it was I would’ve bought the $65 version just to support the dance this game is better than call of duty. This game is better than most AAA games coming out. I’d like to see him use maybe better engine and put some more time Into dismemberment more blood effects and come out with another one game is fantastic. I got my 1000 on this night. Definitely an awesome game really hope for a second one or some more DLC.
