Set between the events of RoboCop 2 and 3, the titular cyborg formerly known as Alex Murphy finds himself pulled in all directions. A mysterious figure known as “The New Guy” has arrived to rally Detroit's top gangs to wreak havoc for an unknown sinister purpose. The police department is pressed under the thumb of Omni Consumer Products’ (OCP) supremely unlikable corporate stooge Max Becker, who views RoboCop and the police as ineffective relics of the past. Myriad of smaller threads vie for RoboCop’s attention, such as a snooping journalist seeking your aid in exposing OCP secrets, therapy sessions with a doctor looking to learn what makes you tick, and a new rookie partner who’s also an OCP informant among others.
RoboCop: Rogue City is a first-person shooter game developed by Teyon and published by Nacon. The game features an original storyline based on the RoboCop films, with Peter Weller reprising his role as the titular character. It was released for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on 2 November 2023.

Honestly, I was not expecting this kind of a boss fight where you face against the RoboCop 2 cyborg that is now occupied by the Old Man's brain.

I know boss battles are supposed to be tough, but this is just ridiculous. Robocop is here heavily outgunned, and the battle takes so long it stops being fun and becomes tedious and annoying.

What!!!???!!?? That's crazy, the fact that it's tough makes it all the worthwhile. Also there is a pattern once you figure it you move through it quick. Make sure you git the best omni board to bolster your gun too

Man I was so hyped during this fight! When we see Cain on stage I felt so disappointed that it was just a model. Then when this mission started I knew it was RoboCop 2! But I thought for sure it was gonna be Becker, I don't know why I just had this feeling. But having it be the old man? Dude we are fighting the head of ocp inside ocp headquarters in a RoboCop 2 boss fight?! Ah! Child me would've fking died of happiness.

This level is one the hardest most annoying levels I ever had to do. Even on easy mode it's still very hard and I still haven't beaten it yet. And I didn't see any other weapons on the last part of the level where they make it to the mall lobby.

You need one of two things. Auto 9 Infinite Ammo no reload, or Auto 9 with over 100 in Damage. Retreat, and fire away at the old man, you will get knocked down to levels that have grenade launcher, best when he starts rotating his arms, fire away with grenade launcher.

It took me several tried before I took him down on my first playthrough, and I was on Normal. My gun was pretty maxed out with the Auto-9 upgrades, and still this walking tin-can gave me a hard time. It felt like he took no damage if very little at least from my gunfire.

Upgrade your auto 9 and use all your skill points then he's history in 5-10 minutes.

Indeed, if I have a complaint to make about this game is that, like you mentioned, Auto-9 doesn't have it's original sound effect from the movies.

Who remembers of Robocop prime directive the miniseries that have like a second RoboCop that was a black version of the RoboCop suit with two guns and that RoboCop was like Murphy's old partner

If you figure out your circuit board you could defeat him in 5 min with just your Auto-9 gun. He's a lot easier than he seems.

I found it easy. Took me 5-6 try’s. Granted I had to use an no-reload, full auto on the Auto-9 and up close punching to the Nuke button. Lots of fisting to the old man

An avid mature gamer that has seen and played, ultima, doom, half-life, super Mario bros, Zelda, Spiderman PS4, halo infinite, fallout 3,4 and starfield and without hesitation this is a well designed and old school fun game. I recommend it to anyone best game I've played this year. I'd buy that for a dollar 💵 😅

This is honestly such a repetitive, frustrating boss fight where it is easy to figure out what to do, he is just super overpowered. The idea of having the old man fight you as robocop 2 is very fun in a fan-servicey kind of way, but gameplay wise I found this fight to be a very lame way to end an otherwise great game

@@ZMANthegreat I don´t know the criteria but I guess if Dr Blanche finds you human, plus when meet the old man at the hospital you give him the pills, the cutscene is short look for it.

This level is so unbalanced. Been trying for ages then read online you need full vitality and a specific gun board to stand a chance. Done that and finished it in one try.
