This really does work and has saved me a LOT of money. Last time I used it though I thought it had stopped working. Turned out there was a partial blockage in my Dyson vacuum cleaner. once cleared, a perfect cut! Well, as good as I'd ever need it to be.

Robocut does a good time most of time. Just read the manual if you know what you are doing. I have heard the old gossip that the inventor passed away 15 years ago due lung cancer, probably from his smoking. I hope that I could be wrong about that. Please let me know about it. Thanks.

I've used the Flowbee for years on my hair (Mom) and my two boys for years until the motor died. I was thinking of replacing it but the shear weight of it, especially over my head to do long layers has caused me to research the Robocut.

i wonder how many extenders total i need for hair that is about the length to the armpit and i want to trim about two inches?

thanks for the great video I have been trying to decide between the robocut and the flowbee for 6 months or so but I haven't seen a really good example until now, I cut my hair myself but look forward to not blaming the hair stylist (they don't know it's me) for a bad cut...LOL, how long does it take to get it right?? I think I will try it on my dog first, he won't complain too much thanks robocut

:-) ...a customer tried it on hubby first before trimming the dog. May take 1 or 2 haircuts to get it perfect. First time set length 1/2 in longer. Decide to trim more only after shampoo/dry/comb, otherwise the look can mislead. After you know your length settings...perfect haircut everytime!

Just Google "Robocut replacement parts", and you'll find a bunch of sites that carry blades. There are also video instructions on KZbin to show you how to do it.
