Newbie here. Why use a 10 kohm resistor? What chip does the amplifier use?

expansion board has been explained here kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHPPnqNmrNGZpNU for the resistor, I am sure I have explained it for whenever the Audio/Sound was introduced in this course it should have been explained. May be this is 2nd or 3rd video on Audio/sound.

@@robojax how to install this library I could not find this library is esp8266 audio library there is AudioFileSourceSD header no AudioFileSourceSD_MMC is there. Pls help I need this feature urgently in my project

you are at lesso 41. the sound/audio series has multipel videos. you should see the paly list and see where the first audio turorial started.

@@robojax thnx for the video although in new version AudioFileSorceSD_MMC is not there also if we use the sunfounder library for some it may work as many sd card are not mmc type like mine. if you are facing same problem just replace AudioFileSourceSD_MMC to just AudioFileSourceSD at let the rest of code be same it will work at least it worked for my sdhc sd card. alo format the mp3 vid to 8 bit 16 khz sampling
