Same thing here. However, we have had ours for several years, no problem. Now, all of a sudden, it can't connect. I will try the Airplane mode.

Same thing happened to me. Repeatedly unsuccessful with lower speed browser. I just prepared the package for pickup and return to Amazon.

Try turn off mobile device’s cellular data. It resolved my connection problem

Like other comments said. Disable cellular data and try again. It worked perfectly after that.

I have the same problem. I tried to put my phone on the airplane mode and it works now. Good luck 👍

@@honeybee4195 not airplane mode, as that turns off WiFi. But turn off data mode and leave only the WiFi on.

I’ve the EXACT same issue. I even moved around the robot to different areas in my home (just to see if it helps) but it doesn’t work. DRIVING ME NUTS !!! 🤬🤬
