i hate to break it to you but this is VERY known. the bunny doesn't have a racing path and it was placed there by the creator (zKevin) once people found a glitch called, "skateboard launching," and all it says is "please stop breaking my game"

Ok, 2 things, first of all I found it by myself without any researching so not really lying about it, and secondly if you where to find something that you found by a mistake and did no research, you'd possibly do the same thing I did (feeling proud about finding something by yourself and sharing it) plus, due to my boomer like and stubbornness I mostly do without thinking... (Also this video is like a year old and I already got a comment like this)

you dont need to go out of your way there, you just need to find a jetpack off a cliff

Use a skateboard launch: 1st grab a skateboard 2nd jump on the skateboard 3rd when u touch the floor or very close from touching the floor freeze the game 3 secs 4th after those 3 secs unfreeze the game and press jump If done correctly u should be launched to the sky

There is a problem though, in Buzz Factory the boss ice cream and the top of the factory ice cream you can't, because the hub map blocks the way.

Did you know you can actually get to the npc area with no gliches at all you just need to find the hidden jet pack

There is no hidden jetpack. The NPC in the sky can be reached without using hub dupe, but you do need to use glitches. (Or just break the game, every map that has a race has one of the "please stop breaking my game" speedboy npcs. In Turtle Tops, one is inside the mountain thing. In The Hecklands, this is where it is. Now for New Neocity, I'm not sure. I can check, though. If the icecream doesn't spawn when the race finishes and you won, the normal speedboy npc you see will turn into the hidden one.)

Oh sorry, I thought you were talking about the hecklands speedboy. Yes, there is a hidden jetpack in Scramble in Time. My mistake.
