Ah, the magnificent Glory Wall! 😂❤ I only got to use a Robot Coupe once some 12+ years ago. And even now I remember the nonchalant effortlessness with which it devoured whole piles of veggies, spitting out those pretty, pretty uniform chunks and shreds. 'Twas a relatively small kitchen... But we did cook for some 80-100 ppl. I think it was an R301... But yes, that amazing machine really taught me the difference between consumer and professional grades in appliances. Now that I've been reminded of it, I think I'll get me one if these fine products (an R2 Dice Ultra..?) next year, sometime around my BD. Thank you for your work! Hello, I am facing quite a few issues with the dicing blade. Basically the carrots get stuck in the blade. I am using a CL50 Gourmet 5x5 mm dicing blade. Both machine and blades are brand new. We have to take out the stuck carrot from dicing blade via a chopsticks and it takes 15-20 minutes.

Your videos are very helpful but it doesnt show the left over in the machine. Is there any processing required of vegetables before use such as soak in water?

Robot Coupe makes a dice cleaning kit. You need it for any operation with the 5mm dice especially.

do you have a robo coupe dealer near you? did you look on their website for how to find a dealer? do you think they are going to answer you in this comments section or do YOU need to be the one to take action? do you have people near you who sell restaurant equipment? do they sell robo coupe? Have you looked on eBay to buy one? How about on Amazon? Also, this machine is a continuous feed machine. It does not have a bowl capacity like smaller units, that I am aware of.
