Robot Coupe Model Blixer 45, stainless steel chopper / mixer combines cutter / blender / mixer with bowl capacities from 0 to 45 quart working batches - depending on materials and application. All stainless steel construction, equipped with 16" Diameter x 15" Deep mixing bowl and a plexiglass flip up, bolt down cover with safety interlock, 7" long bottom twin chopper/mixing blades, 90° tilt bowl with 6" wide product discharge lip, variable speed controls, start/stop, run/jog with chopper timer control dial, and mounted on stainless steel 4 leg base frame and 13.5 Hp motor drive capable of handling all types of mixed and liquidized foods.
