something people don't realize is the boss yang gang train with heavy weights in short training sessions....they are building muscle mass and becoming cut thus they have low cardio/stamina. singer sean trains cardio for marathons and doesn't worry about muscle mass and goes for stamina. when a person has shit tons of muscle any aerobic exercise their body will crave O2. they wont do as well because their bodies weren't trained for this. Sean's body is an aerobic machine. just enuff muscle mass to do the job...his body works efficiently and effectively for the long haul. dongeun's body can handle this as well because she does aerobic training (pilates). another thing about the boss yang gang is this...when they work out they are isolating muscle groups...they don't use their whole body. both sean and dongeun work everything when doing aerobic training. this is why body builders are totally spent after a competition. they gotta work their entire body with little energy stores (fat etc). long term competitions require a different subset of items. I would put marathon/triathletes, pilates/true fitness aerobic personnel against bodybuilders/strongman competitors any day of the week.

@@blackdragon9001 yes. let's talk about the yang gang and their individual goals. when you start weight training you decide the end result wanted. do you want strength, size or tone? their are different weights, reps, sets and lift speed depending on the wanted result. yang and the two young men getting ready for competition are looking for size, definition and body balance (both sides of the body are evenly built.) their weight training wants to micro-stress muscle fiber which makes the body build more muscle to build bulk. they aren't looking for strength per se...they want SIZE and definition. dongeun has a different goal. she wants an evenly solid body, with some muscle but, she is looking at major definition, bulk without loosing her killer femininity, flexible and she wants to be fit as fuck. meaning she wants that balance along with being able to withstand high physical activity with high oxygen input. when I was in college sports my strength training was gradual adding of weights with steady reps. I didn't use the uber high weight with quick movements. I wanted strength not size. also, I had shit tons of cardio. I needed to last all game. my physical output had to be the same 2 hours later as it was at the beginning of the game. my body needed flexibility as well as freedom of movement with my strength....and I needed stamina. my training looked more like dongeun than the guys. I know i'm not really explaining it very well. the best thing to do is do a bit of research and you will find the info. remember when the one dude said he had a lot of consults to do every day for new customers? it's because he had to find out what the goal is and base a workout plan around that goal. not everyone wants to be able to be a Sean...some want to be a boss yang and some a dongeun.
