These are very advanced procedures that require surgeon habilities most endometriosis surgeons don't have. This is a major problem since the number of patients with parametrial endometriosis involving sacral roots is too high for all of them to operated by rare surgeons like Horace Roman. The learning curve of the surgeon is very long and expensive. That's one of the reasons this surgery is so expensive. Big problem, huge responsability.
