Hey George, thanks for the video. Regarding the limitations that 401ks have about self dealing with close entities. For example, my 401k cannot lend to me or or my wife or sell me property or employ my brother that kind of thing. My question - If the 401k uses the ROBS process to fund a new C Corp (owned by my 401k), and that C-corp employs me, isn't that somehow self-dealing? Also, can this new C-corp rent or utilize property that is owned by my 401k?

1) You not only "can" work in the business, you "have to" work in the business: per the ROBS 401k business financing rules, you have to work in the business as a bona fide employee. 2) A business funded via a ROBS 401k must either own the real estate upon which it operates the business or lease it from an unrelated person/entity.
