I was suprised at how many symptoms I had that were similar to you and your video encouraged me to reach out to a therapist and psychiatrist. Turns out I have bipolar and didn't know it. I was unmedicated for years and wondering why I was always so fatigued and had times of extreme creativity and other days I'd be too depressed to do anything. I am so thankful to have a wonderful therapist, psychiatrist, and wife who all care about me but I honestly don't think that I would have ever gotten to where I am now if it wasn't for you. Rob, Andrew, you probably won't read this. But, These videos have helped me so much mentally. Last year I found the 2023 Album in a Day just about a week after reconnecting with my friend whom I wrote and recorded all of my bands over the years with. I had been over 7 years since I'd heard from him after he vanished from my life without a clue why. It also just so happens I was being diagnosed at 31 with ADHD and figuring out why I have some of the episodes I have since I was around 14. I stopped writing or really doing anything musically for those 7 years because I can't produce or record. I'm a writer, not a producer or studio guy. Soon as he was back, the spark came back to me and I wrote 12 songs. 8 of which I am proud of, and will hopefully be recording soon. Maybe even with that friend involved. Because he came back, that was enough to inspire me to write again. I'd be lying if I said what you guys have is unlike what I feel myself and my buddy have. Even though he and I both struggle with things, and I may be a little better at hiding it at times, it's just nice to see that dynamic a bit in some other people. It makes me feel like I'm not so alone in what I go through. Anyways, love that this one came out so video game inspired. Usually is a song I still bop and this one has so many cool sounds on it. I love Track 2 the most (Haven't learned the titles yet but I'm sure I will)
