Love this idea. What a better way to re-use such a trailer. It's totally able to be pulled from a vehicle and absolutely road worthy .can handle slot of weight because a pair of horse's do weigh at least 1,200 pounds . so a excellent choice for a tiny home for 1 person.

Please put a linch pin, cotter pin, or padlock thru the hole in your trailer hitch that latches over the tow ball . One moderate bump and that latch could pop up and it's adios trailer! Also have some chains attached to the trailer hitch that you can hook to the tow vehicle, to save your bacon if it does happen to come unlatched.

Excellent advice to any trailer tower, Cathy. It may not have been clear in the video but there was a high strength steel safety cord looped from the trailer around & under the tow ball. A chain would be even better though 🤔😁

Place either aluminum or air-crete at the BOTTOM of the horse trailer [DIY expanded yard/wings of yard]. Because of FLOOD. I love the gimbled lamp on the wall! I have only just begun working towards having my own food forest, tucked into the actual forest that I live in (and learning about the edibles that already grow here, too). Your food forest is wonderful! I was surprised that you left your chickens and geese out and about - if I did that, the raccoons, foxes, owls, hawks, eagles and coyotes would have a field day. 😱🤣 (As would the neighbor’s dog.) And I, too, am amazed at the wide variety of wildlife that we have out here (thank goodness). I grew up in the city, and was afraid that the wildlife was gone from everywhere until I was a teen, when going camping in wild places was a welcome relief.

Rob, How are you feeding your chickens? When we go out of town we have to hire someone who will feed in the morning andcoop up the chickens at night.

That's a particularly interesting travel cabin you've created, the last word in discretion, and perfectly at home in its rural surroundings! I absolutely adore your gimbal paraffin lantern, its truly a thing of beauty in addition to generating light and heat. There's a light, bright, airy and uncluttered ambiance to your welcoming and peaceful travel cabin, with its very tasteful conversion. Everything about it is well considered and I find it to be elegantly simple and simply elegant...

My favourite place on earth is Nova Scotia. No surprize given my Irish & Scottish heritage. Which means l also found your music very appealing 👍🏻, not like most loud annoying tinny videos' "music". Your Rooster is a gorgeous boy & the geese were adorable, clearly they love their daddy! I am crazy about Animals, especially Horses, so this is an especially cute design. Cute faerie lights, well organized and you are HAPPY with your life. 👍🏻That is the #1 wish of every human on earth. Good on you Rob!! Good 🍀 Luck & Safety on the road. 🤗💖🍀🐾🌈☮️🇨🇦
