In afraid I don't have a PlayStation but It should work the same way. Although I'm guessing PS4 process to request a refund will be different as on Xbox you have to go onto the Microsoft store where you might be able to do that from within the Playstation store or you might have to visit the Sony website. At the end of the day, if they reject your request you should be able to appeal it and simply state they've changed the look of the skin that you originally purchased and that you purchased it the item solely on how it looked. They should honour your request as with anything you buy, you bought it for specific reasons that it was advertising and if that product changes then you have a right to request a refund. Let me know if you manage to get your money back👌🏻🤞🏻

So you went to the Microsoft store, went onto the Xbox part and checked out your order history. I'm assuming you don't the CDL purchase and selected to get a refund. You would then get an email saying they've received your request and will be in touch in 72hrs. Now when you get the next email it should tell you to log back into Microsoft to see the message of the outcome. The outcome will be an automatic no. Go back to the last email and reply to that. If you haven't got that email, try replying to the first email that confirmed that received your request.

Well that's the thing, they knew this back when they brought out the Rose skin so why do the same thing again? Knowing many would get it for an advantage thus boosting the amount of people who would buy it? Just a thought, but then some would say the ghillie suit operators (especially the Jacklinks Sasquatch) would be an advantage in games like warzone and DMZ.... Yet they aren't classed as an advantage?🤔 🤭 That being said, I think in comparison to the previous CoDs,. The operator bundles have been pretty poor and nothing I've wanted to spend money on...ahem..apart from one CDL skin🤣
