That is just CRUEL! Love Robson's stuff - there's something artistic about it. No detail left unexplained here. I've really started working on positions like this were you take the nearside arm out of the equation. I saw a video showing the hook into the armpit but not bringing the other knee across. Really looks like something that will work on those guys who are too strong to armbar in a simpler way. Great video.
