So great 2c Both Jay & Amber get lost in the musical trance of the Bluesy and intoxicating guitar work always perfectly blended with Ronnie Van Zant s soulful delivery. His talent was never hidden, but his true greatness was often overlooked. Now in 2024 people are finally realizing what a tremendous Lead singer he was.

My first concert was Lynyrd Skynyrd Aug 1977 at a downtown concert arena. I think the ticket cost maybe $6. I don't remember if you've done Gimme Back My Bullets yet but that one rocks. Also, That Smell is a classic Skynyrd tune that stays with you. Its about drug abuse ("Hoo-hoo that smell! Can't you smell that smell? Hoo-hoo that smell! The smell of death around you")The harmonies are top notch & the background singers do a bangup job on it. Blessings ❤

@@magneto7930 That, and I suppose to give them a chance to comment on what they've heard so far. At least they aren't like some who pause constantly. One pause is tolerable if unfortunate. Apparently whoever is in charge of the publishing of Skynyrd's classic catalog is cool with it or doesn't pay attention. Some bands tend to get struck if you so much as play a short clip, others don't tend to get struck at all. It's a confusing pain in the ass.
