I think I heard RobTop say he'll take suggestions for GD 2.3 from the community and code them live on stream... I doubt it'll take 27 years, maybe it'll just be around the same length as the wait between 2.0 and 2.1. Or a little greater.

2.2 is *HYPE!!* I'll wait (and cannot wait) as patiently as possible for the update. Can't wait to start creating levels & messing around with the particle system and building stuff with the new pixel art blocks, as well as play with the new Swing game mode & mess around with the camera controls, also playing levels (main and community-created) to save up orbs so I can get my ideal icon kit. I also have ideas for platformer levels, and they're really good. Might think of some more while I'm at it. I don't know. Anyways, can't wait for October. Such a month to be excited for this year -- a new Mario game, GD 2.2, Halloween, etc.... *SO MUCH HYPE!* (I do wish that the wave and swing were available in Platformer mode, though. Why leave them out? Maybe just replace them with a game mode that works similar to them like it was done with the ship, being replaced by the jetpack in Platformer mode.)

@@matulko5y RobTop said & confirmed that swing and wave are going to be disabled in platformer mode EDIT: They might be added, not sure though. Did hear that "wave and swing in platformer mode wasn't planned to be added at first" from someone else, but saw RobTop say they were gonna be disabled in platformer mode -- it's likely they will be disabled, however. I don't know.

Hello Partition! I just found a really great Insane Demon minigame (I would call it a game made within GD) called BitWorld Odyssey. It's made by Breadking, and it's the sequel of BitWorld (which you should also play!). It is a 3D survival minigame with different biomes and bosses, like Minecraft. It has tools and consumables, and a really cool saving system that doesn't even need a code to put in! The main goal is to defeat the 3 bosses, so you need to obtain materials for tools. It has creative mode and survival mode (creative mode won't give you stars). The best part is that it's completely playable without lag, even on mobile, because the LDM works really really well without losing quality. You should definetly give this one a try! (and maybe also BitWorld, but it's 2d instead of 3d) I'm typing all this, because this minigame is very underrated and no KZbinr has played this one yet.

I doubt it'll be October 1st. Some good release dates I've heard are October 18th (2.2 months after the release month is revealed) and October 22nd (another unintentional hidden 22). In my opinion, I think it'll be the 18th.
