I like this method a lot. Especially in sheet metal design. It's far more robust than adaptivity.

Hey Rothmech, I work professionally as a furniture pretengineer and draw lots of funiture with multiple revisions. I find that a lot of my geometry breaks upon revising. Do you find that issue as well?

It really depends on how drastic the revisions are. Are you currently making your models using this multi-body master part technique? I find that modeling this way reduces failures significantly.

@@rothmech I really should put up a video of my own to show you what I mean. It'll probably be easier to show than to try and explain. lol In short though, I do use multibody technique and we refer to it as a "DUMMY" but I actually prefer your "MASTER" term because it's more logical. Give me some time and I'll put up a vid to show you. good work on the drawing btw.
