I once fished this peg on a day in February when there was ice on the lake. Del Boy had left ice breakers on the bank so you could clear a peg to fish. I got there at about 9am, cleared the ice, and started fishing. I didn't have a pole in those days so I fished on an insert waggler 4lb main line with a 2lb hook length, pinkie(s) on a size 20 hook. feeding little and often. I had nothing until about 2pm and ended up catching 9 small stockie carp. There were a few other maniacs fishing, so at least we had a laugh while we waited for bites! 😂

Yes great video from me as well no commentary didn’t detract in any way from the video . Much prefer to see live match action than being the only angler on the lake late afternoon . People don’t realise concentration and quietness so not to spook fish.

Been better if had camara closer and talked everyone through what was going on. Its just better than sat in silence 👍
