deadlines thigther than my pants after x-mas dinner hahahhahh!! Well played. good points though. Those soft skills are top of the list. I would hire a person with less skill, but the right attitude and right soft skills any day, and have done so before as well.

You are mention deadline, how long need to make a 3 minute 2D animation and how long for 3D ?

That will vary hugely on the style , content and the animators working on it. Unfortunately there isnt a standard amount of time . But 3 minutes is pretty long so it wouldnt be a matter of a few weeks.
