The ROC Multi Correxion Revive + Glow Mosturizer SPF30 Sunscreen has peptides, hauloronic acid, and vitamin C that leaves the skin protected, glowy, and reduces dark spots. Unfortunately, I prefer a matte or natural finish for my sunscreen. It has a vitamin c derivative that has limited antioxidant properties based on the NIH literature I could find so it would just be for cosmetic benefit, without antioxidant potential or helping make your SPF work better. SPF also forms a film so it’s negligible for any active ingredients to absorb.

Which tinted mineral spfs work on fair skin and are pregnancy safe? My fave from color science apparently contain stuff that is iffy for pregnancy.

@ClaraBlush oh yikes. I’m sorry. Who is monitoring your pregnancy if you don’t mind me asking? Canada doesn’t have doctors for pregnancy? I can’t offer medical advice as I’m not a medical professional. Any questions I had about foods or medications during both my pregnancies, I asked my doctor.

@@MelanomaMom I have a family doctor but has told me explicitly that pregnancy is not in his area of expertise... He has put in a referral for me to get an OB, but in Canada you don't get to see an OB until you are at least 20 weeks pregnant... And unless you have cancer you won't see a dermatologist for a year or longer.

In other news, from some deep recent research I've done on the internet I have found that sun bum's mineral tinted spf 30 is a workable option for me. It is still of course a bit too pigmented for my skin tone and top peachy warm but the tint is sheer enough that I think it could be passable in the warmer months. It's water resistant for 40 mins.
