Rocamadour is a village of around 600 inhabitants in the Lot department in the Occitanie region and is one of the most beautiful villages in France.
We visited at the end of May 2023, in the early evening, but there were still a lot of tourists and it's easy to see why it's such a popular tourist destination.
Rocamadour is a village situated on a cliff and there are three places to visit: the village part at the bottom, the sanctuary part in the middle and the castle at the top, but as it was early evening when we arrived, we took the lift to go to each of the levels.
This is one of the pilgrimage routes to Santiago de Compostela.

ロカマドゥール、ケーブルカーが遊園地のアトラクションみたい🎶洞窟を抜けて街へわくわくしました😊 お土産屋さんを抜けてからの街並みがとっても可愛いですね❣️行く先々にあるその街のアイスクリーム、いつも美味しそう🤤大きな教会…荘厳で厳粛な凛とした空気感✨それにしても、昔の人はどうやってこんなに素敵な街を作ったのでしょか…今も人々の生活があるって素敵🍀 時間が忙しかったですね、お城は残念でしたが綺麗な鐘の音が響いてましたね🔔フランスは日が長いですねー暗くならない😅

ロカマドゥールは実際に行ってみると、土地自体、景観自体にパワーがあり、信仰の地になるのも分かるような場所ですよね。動画の最後にロカマドゥール全景を望むところが出てきましたが、朝そこから見たロカマドゥールの全景が美しかったのを覚えています。

Sadly that Main Street was too commercialized for me. I loved some of the other hill villages much more. Perhaps more attractive in off-season….? Yes, I realise people have to make a living….🫤

Olá Sayaka e Matthieu... Parabéns pelo vídeo e a a beleza trabsmitida pelas suas maravilhosas imagens ! Nós, daqui do Brasil, ficamos impressionados e extasiados com essa maravilhosa vila medieval. Acredito que, na minha opinião, é uma das mais bonitas que voces já visitaram. Pena que chegaram num horário mais tarde e não puderam ver a totalidade dos pontos turísticos que já tinham fechado ! Uma pena mesmo; mas acho que não faltara uma nova oportunidade ! Trnho uma curiosidade; nesta viagem de 4 dias pelas aldeias, voces ficaram baseados em que cidade, para facilitar o deslocamento nas visitas a essas cidades ? É uma informação importante, para nos ajudar a também fazermos uma visita, nad nossas próximas ferias na Provence... Obrigado e parabéns pelo trabalho e bom gosto nas imagens. 😊🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏

You didn't even need the help of local Rocamadour neko🐈‍⬛😺😸😹😼🙀😿😾🐱😾🐱........ Watashi wa uressi desu...........😄 (Edited Later on)🤔I just thought of something that might help you to take more great shots from the top of the villages and places, a bird's eye view. Maybe it's time for you to get a DJI camera drone. DJI Mavic or Mini would be better for you..😊 Anyway I'm feeling happy that you shared this incredible place with all of us.
