You're really good kid. Forgive me for calling you a kid but I'm 69 and old lol. I wish I were half as intelligent and well-spoken as you. Rochester is my hometown though I moved to South Florida 36 years ago. My family all live in the Pittsford area and I still have very close friends in Rochester. I've actually considered moving back to be closer to my family but I do love South Florida, however it is getting way too crowded and expensive. But I did love Rochester back in the day, downtown was our New York City in the 60s and 70s and I worked at many of the best restaurants. Anyway, I'm rambling lol, just wanted to tell you that you're very impressive and I'm going to share this with my family and friends on Facebook.

@LivingInRochesterNY-k3k both my sisters and my niece all live in the Pittsford/ Fairport area. We've owned four single family homes down here in South Florida and for the past 5 years have owned a condo. We are only three miles from the ocean and 5 minutes from beautiful downtown Delray Beach, but the condo market sucks here right now as you know and it will probably stay that way for quite some time I'm afraid. Our condo is really our only investment at this point so while we are comfortable we live modestly. But who knows, I may end up in Rochester in the next couple of years, there is much that I miss about it and it would be good to be closer to my family as I'm getting older. I have always loved South Florida and there's just so much to do but it is getting way too crowded and expensive. Anyway, really enjoy your vlogs and keep up the good work. You're excellent. Frank
