I don’t believe Karla is toxic; however, we have to understand the drugs have affected her mind. I believe she’s only doing what she knows and that’s surviving, unfortunately she has chosen a path that impacts her in every way. Remember, she’s only 20-adding drugs to underdeveloped frontal lobe and the trauma she has, of course she’s going to be making unhealthy decisions. She deserves grace. Addicts often go back and forth with their addiction; one stay is not going to fix it all.

So sad to see so many negative and judgmental comments. I get the concern and speculation… thinking that Karla might relapse again, that Miggy might too when out of jail but until you truly walk in someone else’s shoes you cannot cast judgment. The experience of trauma will change the very core of someone, physically and mentally and without a constant and positive support it’s very hard indeed to move forward. Using substances to escape that trauma isn’t the best idea obviously but who knows what any of us would do in endless difficult situations. Both Karla and Miggy need support and lots of it. Yes with conditions and yes with the consequences pointed out …good and bad… but they are young human beings with potential and have not had the best start in life. They matter and they are worthy of help. I wish them so much success. 💛

It's so important to not pass judgment Karla,Migs and anyone else struggling with addiction already hate where they are in life, we need to speak life and positivity over everyone especially those who aren't strong enough to speak it into themselves. I suffer with depression, anxiety and panic attacks and at times it's exhausted me to the point that I couldn't get out of bed and I've overheard family speaking so negatively behind my back and it breaks my heart because they don't know how badly I want to be and feel normal again. So to anyone who struggles with addiction or hell life in general know that you are loved and you are valued . We are all in a spiritual warfare regardless if your a believer or not these are someone's loved ones out here let's lift then up in prayer so they can be whole again❤
