That's happening since it's made out of latex and since their latex masks are not aging well, it's likely that the other latex parts won't either. Mitzi might've even lost her latex breast as well.

If I was the owner of the place, I would just be polite and respectful to him, besides that, the show's in a very bad condition at this point and I watched the video from the Rock-Afire Explosion warehouse on Billy Bob's News Blast and Billy Bob said what was heard in some videos when a train smashed into a car, but luckily nobody has been injured and everyone got out of the car before the crash happened
