(Mine is one of the voices on the original recording - this one) Back in early 80s, my dad was an engineer at Creative Engineering and he was the drummer in the Rock-a-Fire Explosion. ... When they recorded this song, they went to a local talent agency for child singers, but since my dad was the drummer, I got to be one of the voices. Note: the band that did all the music and voices of the RoFE was basically a 'house band' of CE (called The Tropical Cleaners ) ... all the guys in the band were part of the engineering dept.

Incidentally, this was also how Shalisa Sloan came to be the permanent voice of Mitzy Mouse. She was one of the kids originally hired to voice this song. We ended up being friends for a time.
