One thing about NewYork city streets is that NewYork city still has the BEST in the streets…..LosAngeles has bloods & crips which is commercial since the early 2000’s & fits since it’s in World Famous LA / Hollywood BUT NewYork city still has the underground / real mysticism with The 5 % nation & Decepticons that most people outside of the Northeast don’t even know about…but NewYork city is so complex it has deep history on every level from white collar Wall Street to the grimy streets….I’m from the east coast, my wife is from Brooklyn NY but we moved here to California 3 years ago & I work in a warehouse with over 600 employees & none of my coworkers ever heard of a dollar cab or gypsy in Brooklyn.

Being 5% for Rock was as simple as being from New York in his time period. It was more of who is not 5% less than who is. What is so overlooked is that people outside of New York cannot see how Bloods and Crips came there.
