Rock Exotica Omni-Block P53D Double Sheave Pulley Breakdown

Thinking of using two of these in place of the azteks in the aztek elite system. Any reason why that's not a superior choice?

Using P53D pulleys in a haul system will allow for a larger rope diameter than the Aztek pulleys, however they will be more bulky. If you're fine with the extra size and weight, there's no reason you couldn't use them, though.

GME Supply I ended up buying two of the 1.5" p51ds. They look good, the only downside, i forgot about the lack of a pm feature. But since I'm using a separate rope and a VT to drag the main line, it doesn't matter. I think ill still get a p53d for that feature, though, that Prussik minder is quite useful. I have it on my single sheave omniblocks.
