I got a donkey queeny the other day just under a meter. I rate them well even when bleed we’ll they always have the red shoulder. And rib cages are hard to cut out usually cut around it. Sweeps good too like pink snapper

I agree mate, Queeny is now definitely highly rated for me too! Do you eat the red meat as well? Yeah, Pinkies are certainly easier to filet.. Unfortunately educated myself about the Sweep too late but will try the next one! Thanks mate!
