I'm not sure if foundnation created that routine, but they've been doing it for a while. I remember Dragon and Shuvan doing it back in the late 2000s. Obviously Yuki and Issei are new gen foundnation members, and Yuki's mills are different than what Dragon would do after the jackhammers, but it's been something their crew has been doing for a long time.

FoundNation made too many mistakes, we can see on Issei's face during the Yu-Ki's set... They both know it. Even Busta Bash crashing a couple and Issei wasn't at his best too during this semis... Congrats to Rock Force, they definitely deserved it. Yu-Ki just need to feel the beat more like he uses to in Japan where he's way better in his crazies powermoves and doing more footwork. 👊🏼

if issei keeps this up hes not even going to be 2nd place issei anymore. hes going to be semi-issei or worse. I hope his moves become clean again. I think he's training less. He crashes so often now. He rarely crashed in 2012-2014. 2016 was his most creative-clean year. He needs to go dissapear and train for a while and come back to surprise us with very clean and creative issei again

MAR L you need to watch his battles in other events..........he's still very clean. He even won Silverback Solo 2017. That's not 2nd place at all. Lmao.

it was pretty clean but his halos are abit mishaped and slowed down. i think they need to be repolished. the thing is if this victor was at silverback he would kill alcolil(as you remember, alcolil was almost completely out of gas in the final) I think issei needs to be more clean and crash less. in 2012-2014 he never crashed i think. 2015 he started being messy, 2016 he dissapeared for abit and came back for his second place reign and had very clean sets. By the end of 2016 he became very well rounded and clean .In 2017 it was meh and mediocre silverback but happy he won. Then at many events such as the one he teamed with taisuke and other events, he started to look real sloppy and crashed quite often but i think hes trying to implement a crash style now. Like hong 10 and thesis. But hes naturally pretty clean so I think he should focus back on being clean

If you follow his instagram you'll know that he is currently trying a new moves, different transition and so on. So just give him some times to figure out his new moves or whatsoever

I love issei though, I can agree with you. 2016 was his best year and now his evolution has been slower than ever. It is fact, of course, that he practices and achieve new techniques or moves, but doesn't reach his best.
