I agree 100% with the BOC assessment. Can't believe ppl were upset with this release. It was songs they sat on for 40yrs! You weren't getting any "Black Blade" or "Veteran of the Psychic Wars". I dug it, but I'm a BOC fan too. And it was quite common in the 70s for bands to come into radio station and play "live" for a live broadcast. Montrose and Cactus are bands that come to mind who have released some of these recordings. AC/DC too. Thin Lizzy...

I ordered the Iced Earth Melancholy EP w graphic design by Scott Waters!! Felt cool to own something who I spend so much time watching. Tried to order the glorious burden but I think they are out? Hoping more IE vinyl comes out. Or bad ass box set!!

Always look forward to these updates Scotty. Nice to see that they reissued the Iced Earth album. I have been buying records for a long time. But I cannot say that I ever saw that Aerosmith release. Nice to hear that Thin Lizzy albums are still that sought after. Excellent update Scotty. As always. Did you listen to the A-Smith? How does it sound overall? Rob/Boston

The Aerosmith sounds good. It’s an 80s pressing so it’s very thin vinyl. Clean and clear though.

BOC's version of Kick out the Jams on Some Enchanted Evening is an easy 10/10. Wonder what the version on the new album is like. Nice to see your dog Co-Star. We are taking care of two Shitzu's, MAC and RONI for a few days. Very interesting Motorhead. I loved No Remorse when it came out. The cover of the Thin Lizzy would make for a great t-shirt. Hmm, Foghat live from '73 has a chance of being as good as, or better than Foghat Live! And that is saying a lot. Deep Purple Made in Europe, one of my favourite albums of all-time. Blackmore was fantastic on it. In Canada I've never seen a gatefold edition of it, and I bought it when it came out.

The "Kick Out the Jams" version is a studio one, so not as good as the "Some Enchanted Evening" version, but they also have a studio version of "We Gotta Get Out of this Place," which I do prefer to the live one on SEE.
