They speak that eloquently in their second language! These ladies were child prodigies, blessed with the spark of genius and the environment to nurture that genius. In other words, they worked their tails off to get where they are! They're great people AND great musicians. Thanks for fixing the audio on that third mic channel!

Most polyglots will be eloquent in the language where they have had more exposure in. The Warning have picked up the American accent with a Southern influence / drawl, being very close to the border with Texas.
@MrJest22 ай бұрын
@@MrSudeepdas Yep - my wife wondered about their "American accent", and when I told her that A) they attended an "English immersion" school and B) said school was about 80 miles from Texas, it suddenly all made sense. I'd be willing to bet real money that several of the staff of that school "commuted", either daily or weekly between the two locations.
@MrSudeepdas2 ай бұрын
@@MrJest2 Apparently people in the northern region - RegioMontana or Mountain Region - do pick up that accent due to its proximity to Texas. The girls were sent to an English medium school with a high probability of American teachers in residence or commuting either daily or weekly (as you said). In their 1st English interview with Christy Pick from a Canadian TV channel in 2015, we can see that their accents were still works in progress - specially Dany's with a pronounced Latin drawl. Generally, in such schools, English will be taught as a 1st language and the native language as 2nd. This explains the sisters' difficulty in composing in Spanish. So although they are mostly speaking in Spanish their brains work better while composing in English. Something that I can identify with, being a tri-lingual urban educated Indian myself.

Pau, Ale and Dany are the most humble of musicians around (they were raised by incredible wonderful parents), and you can really see how grateful they are to know that so many of their peers regard them so highly. Pau's advice for Chasta's son is something he will carry with him for a lifetime, and hopefully one day he'll be able to personally thank Pau for that advice. I love that Dany is protective of her Gibson Explorer, because wood plus cold equals an unhappy guitar (and a sad Dany). Ale may be quiet and shy but when she does speak the world just stops and listens. The Warning are the most important band rock/hard rock and metal has had in 40 years. This is why Lzzy Hale passed the torch on to them as the faces of the genre. The Warning are overnight successes 11 years in the making. These ladies are inspiring young kids to form bands, and it's why The Warning are our generations Beatles. The Warning Now and Forever!!! ⚡⚡⚡🤘🤘🤘💛💓💙

This became a very good interview as soon as the hosts stopped talking and started asking questions. And I mean it in a positive way. Also, I found it interesting that now that Ale speaks more at interviews she sounds more like the teenager she still is. I guess it means she is more relaxed about talking to outsiders. Good for her and good for us.

I was in front at Aftershock, and in person Ale's face looks so young and fair- almost fragile...and then she absolutely slays it with bad-ass playing and mighty stage presence. These young women are special. It was a privilege to see them live for the first time!

Music is that friend that no one notices and accompanies you throughout your life, in the best and worst moments, those sad notes that echo your sadness, those lively songs that drive you in your moments of greatest doubt. Every memory has a sound that accompanies it, just like the smell of your mother, music is my best friend, the one that never leaves me. (sorry english is not my first language)

This quick message is for Chasta in response to you mentioning your son to Paulina. As an old clinician, some time back I decided to share a quote with The Warning family as recognition of the “legacy” they had created. I’ve used the quote in reference to my own children and grandchildren and as a “guide” of sorts in programs I have developed over the years. The observation / come quote originates from Alfred Mercier (June 3, 1816 - May 12, 1894) who is easy to find on Google. His observation/quote sums up what you said in your approach to your son learning drums, just as it applied to The Warning and DPA as children. YOU are on the right parenting track and here it is described by Mercier many years ago. “What we learn with pleasure we never forget” Let your son have fun playing "with" the drums and he will choose in his own time to "learn" to play the drums. As Pau said... banging on the drums then "learning" the songs. Take care, David
@solarvanlife8177Ай бұрын
Well said. And as Pau said, it's hard work that rewards you with fun. Work hard, but never make music become all about the work. Always remember why you started in the first place. One thing Pau said in a moment of difficulty just before going on stage. Her sound tech, Lalo told her. "Just have fun." Just that simple statement brought tears to her eyes. In the end, it's all about the fun and bringing joy to others.

It's nice to see interviewers not asking the same old stupid questions that turn performers off and have them recite "canned" responses in an almost zombie-like way, but actually engage the human beings involved. Mexicans just support their people. And for Americans, the Halestorm is not the only world-famous rock band In general, it is very stupid to count the number of views and try to make an advantage out of it. BabyMonster, in their short existence, have gathered more fans around themselves than The Warning and Halestorm combined. Is there any point in writing about this, of course not

@Chemeliine2 ай бұрын
I'm tired of such comments, Ale has a stream where she talks a lot about random things, go and listen to her. Ale is a grown woman and believe me if she really wanted to say something she will say it. It is usually Paulina who talks about the music, because she is the author of the lyrics , and the blonde who introduces the band to the public the pretty reckless also mainly presents the band and speaks Taylor Momsen because she is the voice of the band and not because she does not allow the guys to speak. Each member of the band has their own roles
