I broke my Palms rod and tried to reach out someone from PALMS for speare part and no response from anybody including Numata.

Should contact the retailer you purchased from. Highly doubt Numata deals with service and repairs.

palms have amazing rods so it is unfortunate you broke it. almost no brands will sell you "replacement" parts for a rod. just wear it on the chin and be more careful next time. its useless comments like these that made them turn comments off on alot of there older content.

@@kookfishinLol that's not true. Zenaq, Yamaga Blanks and Major Craft for instance deal with broken sections. Usually via retailers but that's beside the point. But to turn off comments because people call you out is the problem? So, we should keep quiet? Is that the solution? Simply add notes on the main webpage, if you break the rod we are not providing new sections. Stop with the shady deals.
