This instrumental highlights why Rock the House is probably my least favorite song on the album. Del's rap is fly as usual, but the instrumental has barely anything happening. It doesn't evolve much and primarily consists of repetitively used samples. I prefer listening to the original Modesty Blaise theme by John Dankworth and His Orchestra, of which this track heavily samples.

Well, yeah, Del is the energy in the song, he makes it work, but, it ain't always about making some crazy complex melodic part, as a Bass player, I HAVE to say, this song has such an insane groove, just sometimes you gotta lock into that groove and rhythm instead of fucking around and showing off. And at least the panpipes/flute/or whatever & the Bass during the chorus bring some flavoring.

I wouldn't say it's straight pornograghic. It serves a point in the album, it, as well as Double Bass & 19-2000, acts as an interlude between the heaviest emotional points of the album, it's a way to lift your spirits and remember to get down and dance. If It's not your thing, then it's understandable, but it isn't a mindless song just about sex, and I do ask that you understand that. Besides, sex is a natural part of the human experience, so is music, it's bound to combine at some point. Even bands as artistic as Pink Floyd have created songs that convey the experience of sex. And while, the execution here isn't nearly as artsy and discreet, it's part of the point, we're all just weird funky homosapiens who like to get down, and that Bass-line during the chorus agrees.
