Anyone that stumbles on this and wants to know why the OEM ones are worth so much more is that OEM Catalytic converters (At least in the U.S.) are required by federal law to last a minimum of 80,000 miles or 8 years. And California's is even longer. This excludes damage caused by oil burning or running to rich/lean of course. But to make sure these OEMs last that long they have a greater amount of catalytic material in them then an aftermarket one.
