bought it for about 18USD ~ ^^ Its cheap~ reliable~ I'm 96 Kgs~ and this pedal is still standing strong~ ~ ^^ Off-road ~ Flats Road ~ and man , this is so much comfortable compare to the cheap Wellgo that comes with my bike ~

I’ve just added these very pedals (mine are yellow) to my upgrade program to replace the Giant ones I currently have on my bike, so thank you for the review. Good to see someone coming out with reviews about more affordable and budget kit for those of us who haven’t got deep pockets.

wow, I like the background and lighting, it looks really professional

Thanks! I thought some of the how-to type content I made last year it was a little difficult to see everything clearly, so I decided to go for a really simple white background look so that it's really clear whatever I'm trying to show, without any background complexity or distractions.

Got these exact pedals, except rebranded as "Oxford" (Oxford is a motorcycle/ bicycle components and accessories reseller). They're pretty good and would argue much better than the equivalent DMR or nukeproofs at a similar price point. Would argue that these probobally grip better than the likes of more expensive contemporaries like dmr v12/ v11, nukeproof samhills etc.

You can buy longer pins and the hold so strong that you will be realy great

These are awesome...minus the odd scar on shin...pins may need replacing with smaller ones. Large pedal super comfy for my wide foot size 10. Ebay £12-15
@CharlieWentOutside2 жыл бұрын
I actually just ordered a new set to put on another bike, and I need to do a side by side comparison but I think they may have made the pins smaller.

Wow at 1:37 your pedals are rolling like crazy. Mine are not rolling at all. Did you serviced / greased them ? Thx for the review.

You're the best. But why are not running clipless? Been watching you since the beginning and I do think you'd kill it with clipless. If not your thing NBD but worth a test for at least a season to explore it's benefits! Cheers bud and keep up the great content.

Part of it is I've seen a lot of videos saying they make it too easy to form bad habits with jumping and things like that. I'm prone to developing bad habits anyway so I figured I'd avoid that. I also have one foot that's kind of splayed outward - I don't really know how clipless pedals work but I suspect it might not be as comfortable as flat pedals for me. Plus, I like being able to put a foot down!

@@CharlieWentOutside excellent. Did you ever exchange the black for orange 🍊? If so is it a bright orange im looking for orange and they don't look bright more like a dull orange

@@richt1907 no I just threw the black ones on a different bike as I ended up abandoning my orange-themed bike plan.

I have mines for 4 months and they sterted to rattle and it seems that bearings are not that great. And both of them do the rattle thing. Too bad
@CharlieWentOutside2 жыл бұрын
wow, that's interesting, I def haven't had that issue. I'm still running the original pair I bought, and I have another pair on my fatbike, and I think one on my wife's bike as well and haven't had issues with any of them (although the fatbike only gets ridden in winter so those haven't seen too much mileage).
