Yall im learning to stop being ashamed of what im going through. So here i am being obedient. Ive been struggling with anxiety, depression and other symptoms of anxiety like depersonalization and derealization and it’s tough yall. On top of that add warfare and the loss of the love one. People are human. Don't minimize their feelings. If you were fully invested in the election, particularly as a black woman of a certain age, the election was more than an election. It was a chance to make history. How many women have been president of the USA? 0 How many have been a person of color? 1 out of 47. Let folks grieve and find peace/comfort as they need to.
