Yo how do you fall faster then the ball, when i try a celing i always end up above the ball, and boost doesnt rly help, but that is probably bcuz i suck

Try to make sure that you dont boost at the moment of contact when when doing the setup, but only before and after, and also try not to hit it too far towards the goal so you have the ball right in front of you when landing on the ceiling.

Try it while making sure not to hold gas at all when touching the ceiling -- I've heard that holding gas helps stick your car to the surface more. Disclaimer: I don't ceiling shot and this is a guess based on things I've heard

not sure if you have figured it out yet. But the trick is to hold powerslide. That's what helps you get off the ceiling so quick.

Try practicing in slow mo in freeplay. Slow mo always helps me when I’m learning a new mechanic. You’ll get it, don’t give up!

I wish RL had some kind of slow motion option in the training mode. Everything happens so quickly it's hard to practice and see where you're going wrong. Would be good to be able to practice the mechanics at low speed first

Create an exhibition match without bots or a time limit and use 0.5x speed. Of course you don't get the training pack setups, but learning setups as well definitely won't hurt in the long run.
