I really enjoyed playing Moby Grape songs when I was a drummer in a cover band in the late 60's, early 70's. Such a great time for music!

Thanks for the terrific segment. Moby Grape has always been a great band through all its incarnations over almost 60 years. Incredible to think it has been that long. I have two of Peter's excellent solo albums (Peter Lewis & Live in Bremen with David West). He wrote great tunes with a great finger picking style all his own. His intro to "8:05" remains a brilliant signature effort in rock history. Thanks again, good to see Peter is still going strong.

I love Wow to this day. Great album. One of the best in 1967. Peter’s track “He” is one of the standout tracks. Great performances and production by David Rubinson. Amazing cover art as well. People talk about their first album like it was the only thing they’ve ever done that was any good. Bollocks! Wow is the best of all their albums for me but there are also many gems to be found on the three albums that followed. They were a truly unique bunch of fellows and it’s a shame they didn’t have a strong, visionary manager that knew what the band was. And Columbia’s marketing department were beyond clueless. Either way, they left a legacy that is way better than people think and it will stand the test of time.
