What's the best way to do the vibrating technique from the shoulder and not from the elbow? It would be a bit stronger to do it from the shoulder rather than elbow

Sorry, Its hard to explain in a text. Also, the shoulder is a sensitive joint so not sure I would like to do vibration from a shoulder for a long time. I need to think about it.

We have move videos about rocking, oscilation and similar techniques. Those are very useful in sports massage.
